Tent cleaning and maintenance
Tent maintenance is absolutely crucial to us here at Apex Stretch Tents especially when dealing with as much white fabric as we do, having said that we are also water conscious when it comes to preservation therefore all water used for cleaning is borehole water only and is re-used to water our gardens. We take great care of our tents in order to ensure the longevity of our tents but also that the every client dealing with us has peace of mind that you will receive a clean quality tent. We spend many hours soaking, mopping, scrubbing and drying our tents in order to separate ourselves from competitors.

Cleaning of stretch tents to the public however we only attend to fabric that is manufactured by a select few in the industry – the reason for this is we know the fabric and what process and cleaning agents the fabric can endure without damaging it. Price of cleaning the stretch tent will be at R25 per m2 and takes 3-4 days which will also include the drying process, some tents may not be 100% clean on the first attempt and sometimes never at all, this all depends on how often your tent has been washed, how long it’s been in a bag and where it has been stored. Mold on fabric 10-to-1 will never be removed and some fabrics will have deep stains caused by gum poles, Gum trees and bird droppings which can be extremely difficult to remove but can also have made a permanent non removable stain.
